NPCF Board Chairman Working To Fight Cancer

“Did you know that black men have the highest incidence of prostate cancer in the US and have a 2x higher risk of death than white men?

That’s why Eugene Triplett’s work with Less Cancer is so important and his talk at the Less Cancer National Prevention workshop was so moving.

Black men are also more likely to be diagnosed younger with more aggressive disease and/or diagnosed at later stages, which leads to fewer treatment options and higher morbidity and mortality rates.

Eugene’s work uncovered three men with previously undiagnosed prostate cancer. Earlier detection saved lives!”
