The following represents the Eligibility Principles that the Culpeper Foundation Fund creators believe best represent their goals for the grant. These grant guidelines are specific to this grant. The Culpeper Foundation Fund invites proposals for projects that strengthen the fabric of Culpeper County by addressing community challenges or creating new opportunities. Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and based in Culpeper County or primarily serve Culpeper County. The grant awards range from $500-2,500
