The Culpeper Foundation Fund Grants $28,750 in Grants to Strengthen Culpeper County Nonprofits

The Northern Piedmont Community Foundation (NPCF) is pleased to announce the distribution of $28,750 in grants to 14 nonprofit organizations across Culpeper County, Virginia. These grants, awarded through the Culpeper Foundation Fund, will fuel a range of community-oriented initiatives designed to tackle critical issues such as human services, healthcare, and food security.

The Culpeper Foundation Fund was established to support local nonprofits working to enrich the lives of community members and fortify the county’s social bonds. Each grant delivers crucial funding for programs that serve Culpeper’s most vulnerable populations, helping to foster resilience, promote community connection, and ensure long-term well-being.

“We are proud to partner with these incredible organizations that are dedicated to making a real difference in our community,” said Jane Bowling-Wilson, Executive Director of NPCF. “By supporting their efforts, we are investing in the future of Culpeper County and helping ensure that our community remains strong, compassionate, and united.”

Among the grant recipients is Wayland Blueridge Association Inc., a nonprofit committed to addressing food insecurity through its innovative Food Resiliency Program. This program provides emergency food relief, nutritional education, and promotes self-sufficiency through gardening and other collaborative community initiatives.

Wayland Blueridge Association Inc. expressed gratitude for the funding, stating:

“Thanks to the generous support of the Northern Piedmont Community Foundation, the Wayland Blueridge Association Inc. is helping ensure that no one in our community goes without a meal. Together, we are building a stronger, more connected community, one nutritious meal at a time.”
