Northern Piedmont Community Foundation Opens Applications for Culpeper Foundation Fund

The Northern Piedmont Community Foundation (NPCF) is pleased to announce that applications for the Culpeper Foundation Fund will be available starting September 18, 2024. This grant opportunity aims to provide much-needed funding to nonprofit organizations based in or serving Culpeper County. The initiative supports projects that strengthen the community by addressing key challenges or creating new opportunities. Eligible nonprofits can apply for grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 through the NPCF website.

This year’s funding round follows a highly successful 2023 cycle, where 11 nonprofit organizations received a combined total of $23,000 in grant funding. Among last year’s beneficiaries were the George Washington Carver Agriculture Research Center, which received funding for its Stone Soup Job Skills Training and Food Rescue program, and the Culpeper Food Closet’s Buy-A-Bird Thanksgiving Meal project.

"The Culpeper Foundation Fund offers a critical resource for nonprofits that are at the heart of building a stronger, more resilient community," said Jane Bowling-Wilson, Executive Director of NPCF. "By funding these essential projects, we help local organizations expand their impact and create lasting positive change in the lives of Culpeper County residents."

The deadline for application submission is October 9, 2024. Full grant funding guidelines and eligibility requirements are available on the Northern Piedmont Community Foundation’s website. Click Here To Apply Today
